Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kg Amla


  • Mustard seeds 2 tablespoon


  • Salt 2 tbsp or according to taste


  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon


  • Oil 1 big spoon full

Directions

  • First boil the Amla in water for 5 minute.
  • Drain out Amla and cut in middle but joint from end.
  • Now mix spices in oil.
  • Fill this Spice mixture in Amla.
  • After 3 days this pickle will be ready for it.
