1/2 kg Amla
Mustard seeds 2 tablespoon
Salt 2 tbsp or according to taste
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 big spoon full
Directions
First boil the Amla in water for 5 minute.
Drain out Amla and cut in middle but joint from end.
Now mix spices in oil.
Fill this Spice mixture in Amla.
After 3 days this pickle will be ready for it.
